I have quite a few - I prefer the 61-64 trucks.

Bought this last April;

This is a pretty good hint of where it's headed;

The link in post goes to the build thread.

I also own this one - it's even more apart than the 64. Summer before last;

As it sits now (aside from some primer on it).

I love showing off... although this is not a restoration but rather a road-storation... this will be my "git-er-done" truck.... 4 wheel drive for the winter, heavy duty to pull the camper and bring home gravel for the driveway... I am in West Virginia and she is a 1966 2 wheel drive F-250 and a 1966 2 wheel drive F-100 converted to 4 wheel drive with a '76 F-250 chassis and running gear... Big 300 I6 with a granny 4 speed.... no suspension mods and still have 34's under her....
here ya' go Tigger....

Mark - you and I have the same tires and wheels (looks like). My rear Cragars are 15x8 with 4.01" back space. Tires are 275/60s. However, your wheels/tirs look pushed further out than mine do. Do you have a spacer on your rear wheels? I have a good 2 inches or so gap between he edge of my tire and the fender. I'm considering adding an 1 1/2" spacer to push my rear wheels out a bit.

BTW - I plan on doing the same exhaust and tips youhave as well. Great minds think alike! :D

Thanks Matt.

CooGAR I have always loved your truck. Mine was supposed to have been black too but I changed my mind at the last minute when we mixed this color up. Our wheel and tire combo is identical. Mine are also Cragar S/S 15x8 with 275/60 Indy 500s. Difference is I have a mid 70s 31 spline 9" rear end which is 4" wider than the 66 rear end. My body is sitting on a 76 frame as well. I like the wider stance for both looks and handling
