actually, if oil was taken off the commodities market and actually sold by supply and demand instead of speculation, we would be sitting pretty good at well under 100$ a barrel.
i love the idea of free, but i was told as a child that there is no such thing as a free lunch.
you can't get something for nothing.

Just heard that the reason gas is going out of sight is speculation on a barrel of oil. All Presidont Obama has to do is open up drilling again to stop or reduce the price per barrel of oil. Will he probably not as he launches an investigation into speculation with people that are already there and should be doing something about it in the first place. Oh and I also have learned that speculators dont have to use much collateral when driving the price of oil up in otherwards whoever they are answering to dont have any skin in the game so drive the price up till hell freezes over. The two Gs are killing this country Greed and Green.

BHO has already said that the American people will have to learn to pay more for gas. He doesn't care about the average American. We do not fit in his plan.

Heard a report today that one third of the high prices of oil right now is due to speculators. Also heard a report that gas could hit $6.00 if the right things happen (I guessed that one is a speculator trying to increase the obscene profit he is already making). Capitalism is such a wonderful thing if you have money to speculate with on the mercantile.
