Unibody Lightning

Post by Power by Ford »

The kids and work keep me busy and I have not had a chance to visit the site much lately. I thought I would share my progress or lack there of (haaaa) on my 63 unibody. The No Limit IFS is in and the Lightning motor in place with the trans mounted. I got the wheels and tires and have the ride height mocked up. I will be using the rearend from the Lightning truck along with a No Limit Fat Bar 4 link. The rear will have to be narrowed about 8 inches. Hope to get more done soon. Scroll to the right to see the pics I still have not figured out how to post pics right.

oh, that is gonna be evil! i owned a gen 2 lighting, and at just over 4500 lbs wet, it would shit and git! i'll bet that uni weighs far less than that. that 9.75 rear is almost bullet proof too. have fun and keep the pics coming.
