Classic Car Magazine '61 F-250 4X4 story

Post by aeromech »

New Classic Cars Magazine (August 2012) has a 3 page story featuring a '61 F-250 4 X 4 restored stock pickup. Ford white, 292 with crossover exhaust pipe, oil bath air cleaner and skinny tires---takes you back to the 60's for sure.

It should be Corinthian white. The same color my 63 codes to. I plan to paint mine in the original factory color.

Thanks, Gregg.
Had an interview with some one this w/end saw me for an interview on the '65 Saturday where he met Samdog1966 too. He was at my house Sunday for about 5 1/2 hours, took tons of pics and talked alot. Met him at the ATHS National show in Mass. the week before [ he approached me ] as soon as I am sure, I will give out a little more info......

As for that truck on that spread, I saw it in a mag 3 or 4 years ago, 60k miles, from Alaska, totally rebuilt?
