Is it ok to disconnect the e brake and remove
The hardware if I plan on not really using it? Also
I thought about a cowl induction hood is there a
Way to do that with original hood without screwing
It up, or would using a hood scoop be better?one more
Question looking to get a rat rod look maybe a flat
Black is napa the best place to get auto paint?

You can remove it all and opt for a brick on a rope :lol:

I would suggest you fix whatever is not working with the current braking system and keep it in case you drive out of town and park on a hill or decide to launch a boat at the lake. If you don't think you can fix what you have, look to the aftermarket like lokar. I think you can still get the cables for the back section that hook to the drums.
All my tools are hammers except screwdrivers, those are chisels.
