wheels question?

Post by ezernut9mm »

anyone have a guess as to what kind of wheels these are? they are not uni lug so i like that (they do appear to be chewed up some though), but the slots seem to be shaped differently from what i have been seeing around. i guess i could call and see what he does/don't know about them.

they were 15x6 5x5.5 aluminum slots, but the slots were somewhat more square than the ovals i am used to seeing.

That is a fractory ford wheel, see 3 screw hole for the center cap, they were only 1 or 2 years before the bullet hole style. I have a set will chech for part # if you need it.

Oh, Yeah, those are nice. Factory optional 78,79 & early 80's F150. I have 2 sets stashed. Bill & I found a pair in a Tucson junkyard still on a rolling frame (they scrapped it the next day) 10.00 for the pair :). Kinda skinny for the rear (unless you set them out w/spacers) They only came with the black center caps, but you can use the chrome ones from the newer (90's) F150's.
