Been considering a tilt front end by Florida company U.S. Body, emailed them over a year ago for more details then last week with NO reply, looks like business is good when you ignore prospective customers, anybody know of another company that makes such for 1965?
Thanks

There is a company in CA, but IMO, there is NO comparison between the two products! Might be worth trying a phone call. Their front seems to be quite durable from appearance.
I was amazed upon talking to Lance concerning a truck upon which he utilized their fenders. If he hadn't told me, a cursory look would have convinced me they were OEM steel.

I am waiting for a "Christmas in August" package from Kevin Stone on Tuesday. It is a tilt hood kit. From the ones I have seen it is going to work out great and put together by one of our own Slick 60 addicts
If you look at KSTONE under members his build thread is there with some pictures. Best I found and very fair price.

I bought a US Body Source 'glass hood for my Maverick recently. Here's a thread about it and some other's feedback on the subject.

You might get your part number and contact Jegs. I bought it thru Jegs, paid a lot less for shipping and it came on time. They must have more pull than me because my experience trying to work directly with USBS was just like yours. Don't know if they can get it for you but I just went to Jegs site and typed the USBS part number for a search and it showed up right away.
My Maverick hood was perfect, pretty well packed and fits great. Not a single complaint.

Thanks for the link and info, Steve! I intend to order some parts and never thought about going through Jegs.

I have a brand new US Body tilt front end in wood crating I bought a few years ago... it's in Northern CA. I'm willing to part with it for a reasonable price.
