bargain leather cleaner

Post by bawrencher »

i ran across a post on a BMW message board on how to make your own leather cleaner & i think works quite well!!
03% soap, i used car wash
10% rubbing alchohol
87% distilled water
it said to use a white scotch brite pad, i used a soft bristle brush to get in to the seams.
happy cleaning!

I may have to try this out on my leather bucket seats and then look for some very good dye to match (Jeep Liberty) color of Taupe (sp?)
