been keeping pretty busy lately. Work, school and home keep me out of my garage.
February 6 I hit 6 years cancer free. my guys at the office are funny. They bestowed gifts and they are exactly what a girl needs. I still need to change the oil on my F150, but that grape soda already been consumed. I don't know why it is, but grape is my treat once and a while. I always got orange when I was a kid- no matter where we went out to eat. I guess the grape soda was a summer time thing I specifically remember in 1991 when I was 11. Been a favorite since.
spending spare time at the boat working on that electrical mess.

and spending time cleaning the bilge like this:
On way back from a friends house in Suffolk, had a tow truck carrying this burned up F150. They should be required to tarp these like big truckers. There were bits of debris flying all over the place at 70mph! yes he had a car on the rear hook too.
been doing some work in the house too- the floors are just about complete as I install the last bit of trim around the base. I still need to paint it, but can wait till my knees don't hurt from kneeling so much.
Had issues with my cell phone charger(new) not staying in the electric socket in the kitchen by the middle counter. Even noticed a switch acting weird. Decided since I had the power off, I would change all the sockets and switches in the kitchen. New face plates as well.
Still have the rest of the house I would like to change over as well. but all in time.
Have a college class each week- which causes a lot of homework. I have two separate books to read at the same time about the same subject-- which I'm not a fan of. The books are very boring. But I have the pups keeping me company while I do it.
New transfer orders to the ship- Its in Portsmouth VA. I will have baby sitters take the pups while I am gone. Have several friends say they will do it, but you never know their true dedication to it. I am also going to contact Dogs on Deployment and may just use them. Friends- I gotta be sure they are aware how much my dogs can be a pain in the butt sometimes. When they get barking- lord help me. They are schnauzers- they love to bark at tree rodents. I don't report to the ship until around June. I actually am going to be stationed with Hilda's original owner. I am not a huge fan of that lady- but oh well. I got a great dog from her.
Next- the college class will be completed in about 14 days. I am catching up on my required test and discussion boards. By the time I finish all that, I get tired of being on the computer.
Other news- I am doing all fluids changeout and bilstein 5100 leveling shock kit on my '13 F150. Its a few months away from being completely paid for- that will be a welcome change. The truck only has 57500 miles on it- but its time to change all fluids. I have had this truck 1 month shy of 5 years.
Onward people. I am still working- just not on the F100 as much as I would like. Life got in the way.
