Anyone gonna catch "THE" game today? I'd kinda like to see the Giants knock off the Pats.
Unless it's one of "MY" teams, I usually like the underdog to win. But at the same time it would be cool to see New England go undefeated and join the '72 Dolphins with that distinction...

I don't have really any desire to see the patriots will but they prolly will though. I would like to see Jr. Saeu win a ring finally. I think the whole video tape thing kinda tarnishes the achievment. In my warped little reality, giants 24 patriots 21 overtime

I thought the super bowl game was excellent on the part of both teams. I was rooting for the Giants, but I even liked the halftime show. Nice to have an adult entertainer for a change instead of a teeny bopper.

Another channel had Bronson movies on all day! Man they are great no matter how many times you see them!

Will the super bowl eventually interfere with spring training?

They all do it. I even saw Don Shula before the game answer that very question about if the Pats win, would it be with an asterik. He said all teams do it, it didn't give them any more of an advantage than anyone else has and "no" it shouldn't be with an asterik.
Don Shula has a ton of integrity in my mind, so I'm going with him on that one. Doesn't matter now, but I think that whole thing was way blown out of proportion. Had that happened anywhere else besides NY, it would be a small paragraph on the last page of the Sports page the day it happened and never heard from again.
I wasn't rooting for anyone, just wanted a good game and I got it! :D

I guess you are right, but there is something about it that disapoints me I guess. I am glad the Giants won. I am a little sad the Junior Saou did not get a ring after all these years. Killer game though
