Yeah and do it, its easy on your pocketbook compared to other clip installs. They drive awesome, quick steering and easy to get aftermarket parts.
I Z'd mine 2.5" it worked out awesome and still lotsa room for oilpan clearance etc.
If you gotta ask more questions feel free. I have a few tricks I do to set clips in the right spot so the tire is perfect in the fender openings.

Truck looks great. I have been going hard too with late hours. It is all worth it when you hear it fire up. Keep it up! Love the crew cab too

Slick Fan, thanx a big ol'bunch. I'll have a few of those beers!

BYR, I'll give it a quick satin red spray, cuz paint is for houses right!
It is really low, just the way I like em! But nothing is below the frame and it doesn't hang up leaving my driveway so thats gooder with me!
Just wanna get it drivable and shoe it daily!

The grill, parklites are on now. Still gotta mount the front bumper, hood and tailgate. Plus a few other lil things. Can't wait!

That's funny about the bugs, sorry don't know anyone by that name, we have only been here for 4 years. Come to think of it, there was a black bug for salelast weekend at the show and shine...

a lil shot of the interior, check out the rockers only 45,000 original miles!
I put a '59 Ranchero cloumn and wheel in it and its gonna stay. The original steering wheel is MINT, black too! I'm gonna put it in my other crew project.

found a MERC tailgate locally for a gooder deal, its a later one but I'll replace it with an older one soon enough.

Sits nice and low!
Drives really gooder! Can't believe how good it handles too!

Theres still a few things to do on it but nothing major.
I borrowed the nose from a buddy and will replace it, I'm just puttin together a nice one for it.
Still lookin for a 61/62 aluminum grill for it.

newer model or not, that tailgate fits great and looks perfect. looks original if you dont know better (I didnt know)

I can imagine it would handle... I remember the difference the addition of sway bars made on aggie. Drop the CG to the asphalt and add IFS and it's bolted to rails...

I have no plans on getting rid of the straight axle, so I will be sacrificing some potential handling, but it handles good already...

I need some wads of cash... waaah!
