lowered shocks
my truck is lowered with reversed eye mono's (under a 460) and a rear axle flip. what i was wondering is if anyone knows how/where to get the appropriate shocks for this set-up. i have seen other members with same type of set-up but no mention about their shocks.
Please Help.

LOL, mine still has the shocks that were on the truck when I got it.
This is what I will do though. Measure the shocks with the weight on the springs, take another measurement with the truck jacked up by the frame, figure out what they will be at full compression of the suspension. Subtract about 1" from the shortest measurement, and about 2" to the extended one. Go to the parts store and start measuring double pin mount shocks til I find something close and put those on the truck - keep the part #, lol.
From what I understand from the parts counter people most of the shock companies will make shocks to order, this is what I have to do to get the "Quad" shocks for my 1985 Mustang GT. I was told the price isn't higher, you just have to wait about 6 weeks to get them.
Carolina Classics also sells the reverse eye springs, maybe they can recommend something if you call them.
