Greg, It belongs to my Dad. It is a retired fire truck with about 20k miles. He has given me permission to use it pretty much anytime I like but he still uses it on a regular basis for his firewood and small construction buisness. We like the cornbinders also. Dad also has a '73 1800 series loadstar dump and a '41/'42 1 ton (project truck). I have visions of putting the '41 cab on a '65 to '72 f-100 chassis.grm61 wrote:Is that your Cornbinder in the link?? Thats a nice truck.
I like Internationals, I have had quite a few.
Good strong trucks, industrial grade motors.

Apparently you got the door handle plates like mine when you ordered the Custom Cab package without sidetrim, other items that denote the Custom Cab on this truck are the aluminun grill and headlight bezels, Right hand sun visor, right hand vent, cig lighter, foam rubber seat etc.

I found a very nice one with 16k miles for 3k but lost the guys phone number.
If you ever decide to sell..... lol

Greg,
We have similar snow to you and trees now look the same. LOL
My 69 Stinkin' Lincoln at one time had over 40" of snow on it.
My kids were sliding off house roof to ground. Yes, thats our front entry way.
All this snow came in only 20days its now been 20 days with no snow but sounds like more on the way soon.

I ordered a insurance policy to stop the snow.grm61 wrote:Looks like fun!
Yea, it coming again, I knew better than to think we were going to warm up and have spring.
Greg
A new Blizzard (SpeedWing) from just north of you.
How about some underhood and more pics of your truck?
Any size ford truck from the *SLICK* years gets my blood flowing!
Again, If you ever decide to sell give me first crack...

Nice big Slick, reminds me of my '64 F700. Yours is in better shape, though. Mine has a 6000 lb. knuckle boom crane and a 330 w/5 and 2. Handiest thing on the farm! I stacked up all my junk with it the first day I got her working! Had a brain fart and hit the wrong lever while putting an engine through the door of a storage building, caved the roof in! Luckily the windshield wasn't hurt, a BFH popped the dent out, and a light application of the same BFH upside my head reminds me not to do that again.
Mine ran on 5 lungs too, but it took a set of 352 heads and manifolds to fix it.
