Welcome everyone to a tour of the shop. My son-in-law owns the company, and when there is construction going on(right now there's 0)I am the machine shop manager. So now ,I do some random machining ,fabrication,& automotive jobs to pay the bills.
Any concrete finishers out there? The 1st pic shows what I normally do machine work for. If anyone wants to see some video- go to www.tibroc.com .

Image

The next pic shows the current model-the CF-40 .

Image

This one is a 55 in. commercial model prototype we're working on.

Image

Here's a pic of one of the rotary heads on the 55.

Image

This is our Haas VF4 machining center-it was busy before the economy went in the toilet-now it sits idle most of the time. Need some parts made ?

Image

This is the Haas turning center & bar feeder-it's what I run most of the time now to keep food on the table .

Image

The 2 big machines belong to the company but the next 2 are my personal machines. The first is a 1970s model Bridgeport BOSS4 that I converted to a 4 axis digital control from Centroid. It's also set up to do digital probing.

Image

This is my Romi 13-5 toolroom lathe .

Image

A materials rack I built.

Image

This is my metal-working area.

Image

And here's my baby that's normally parked inside the shop when I drive it to work every day. In August the lease is up and I will probably have to find a new home for my tools and my slick -I don't see a good future for contruction equipment manufacturing anytime soon. :(

Randy
The mustang had a 351W in, ran 10.50's all day long, then someone stoled it. We put the motor thats in my truck frame (302) in it last for a few weeks last year and it ran 11.40's with it. Trucks on hold right now, we're building another 351. My son's drive the car, I just pay for everything.

Is the blue Torino a 429 car? Gotta love the torino's. Sold my 71 Torino wagon last year and was a factory 429CJ, super rare too.

Traded the 70 Boss for the KR+$, probably not a very good move....

guess i should just post pics of my trucks, all have been at one time or will be in the garage other than the parts trucks.

this was the 1st slick. took the first ride in it during the 1st slickstock, after 3 years apart. dont have any before pics of the 2 this is made from, anyways my bumpitis turned into slickitis and i found a 63 f250 i thought would be an easy 4x4 conversion due to the straight axle in front. ended up finding a 66 f250 4x4 wrecked but good frame and axles so i put all the 63 stuff including the 292 on the 4x4 frame.
[albumimg]1315[/albumimg]

bought this to drive while i was working on the 1st one, then parted it out.
[albumimg]579[/albumimg]

picked up the flareside for free and $200 for the uni.
[albumimg]570[/albumimg]

then i got this 61 f500 for $600 and a towing job.
[albumimg]1172[/albumimg]
currently residing in the garage getting a 4x4 conversion with marmon harrington axles, t.c. and underdrive unit (the opposite of overdrive)
had a flat wood bed i junked, then i was going to do some other things like the wrecker unit but i sold rhe wrecker and then began this, which for various reasons is not going to work.
[albumimg]1264[/albumimg]

now i am not sure what i am going to do for a bed.

bought this for my wife, its driven every day. spent the past summer in the garage, swaped out the 352 for a 300 6.
[albumimg]948[/albumimg]

took the 70 cab off a 4x4 highboy and put this 65 f350 cab and the wrecker unit on it with a d70 posi rear.
[albumimg]3734[/albumimg]

62 f350,clean cab from Texas going to put a 292 in it and haul wood with it.
[albumimg]3838[/albumimg]

61 uni i got a few months ago, runs and drives but smokes a bit. plan is fix the 223 and find a T5 trans.
Image

some of the parts trucks in the yard
[albumimg]2925[/albumimg]
[albumimg]2919[/albumimg]
[albumimg]2918[/albumimg]
[albumimg]2922[/albumimg]

had this for a while, gave it to a friend
[albumimg]1616[/albumimg]

going to put a good 65 cab and the rest of the sheet metal from this blue truck on this 70 4x4 frame.
[albumimg]4758[/albumimg]
[albumimg]571[/albumimg]
[albumimg]568[/albumimg]

think i have enough to do?
