Break in weather so took slick for a ride!!

As some of you may or may not know, winters up here are cold and snowy for the most part. So after a couple weeks of -35 or so, all of a sudden, it warmed up to plus 7 or so. Seeing this gave me an idea!! I went into the garage, fired up the slick and went for a joyride!! The roads were virtually snow free as we haven't had any in awhile. I'd been planning on getting dual exhaust put on in the spring but thought what the heck, I'd drive to my muffler shop. There the Guy's were twittling their thumbs with nothing to do so I put them to work. They finished installing it and I drove around town a little, she ran like a top by the way, then drove her home, put her in the garage and said goodbye for another couple months. The next day, the temp. went down to -30 with windchill and I wondered if it had all been a dream, so I went out to the garage and there was my sparkling new Dual Exhaust, it wasn't a dream.


My Wife parked at the side of the highway and got a video of me going by to prove my story!!

Wow that is truly cool, I watched it over and over! Sounds great too. I havent been driving my slick for a while due to financial crunch. I got a new exaust system from LMC last year but Im replacing the generic low resistant mufflers with 40 series flowmasters with tax money this year and will be doing the same thing.CRUSE TIME!!!
