Well, welcome to the board as well, from Kansas City, Missouri. Its not too early to make your Summer vacation plans for 2010!!! With a nice "S'il vous plait" one of the KC crowd would be happy to pick you up the airport and you could ride in a Slick to Des Moines.

Thank you for the advices for the paint , the truck is always in the seller shop to repair the back , but the complete VIN is on the door , I will see and tell you to know where I can find good colors sprays ...
The steering wheel look like my steering wheel in my 65 mustang , it is not the same ? if it's not , I cant find it a new one in shops ?
I need more details for paint and change some things in the interior and exterior to , i will do a post for that ...
For the 2010 vacations , it's a little bit early , but thank you

Welcome from Georgia, Roc. I'm planning on making the Birmingham trip myself. I've owned a number of Mustangs myself with my most recent one being the 2004 mach 1, a 1990 GT, a 1997 GT and a 65 coupe with 289.

, Birmingham will be a great show , mustangs are fabulous cars ,we have the 65 since 5 years ( we are lots of mustang owners in france ) I've owned a 2006 V6 during one year , but when I must use one , I never knew wich one choose , and I took always the new one , because more easy to use , and finally the 65 stay in the garage often

, so we decide to keep only the old one , it was my only car untill ... the F 100

Roc, Welcome from Sioux City Iowa, your slick looks great!! I have a 66 short box red and white in color, 6 cylinder 4 speed, mine came from Arkansas so there is very little rust. Again if you can come to the heartland for SLICKSTOCK. Wonderful truck!!! Later Randy

Thats a nice '65! Mine needed some work to get to that level

but it was a nice driver until I decided to do a frame off......... It had been hit hard in the rear and badly patched back together. I lost interest and gave it to my sister and her husband. I like the fastbacks as most do.
Here is my mach. Do not worry about posting pics(or vids) these guys love them all! I just put the 10th Anniversary Cobra wheels on a few weeks ago.....

, my truck is not ready yet , I will have it in 15 ou 20 days , I have thousands questions about it , but I prefer to have it before , and I'm counting on you to help me with your answers

During this time , I'm reading your posts , and I try to learn more about the F 100 , your forum is very friendly , and everyone of you seems very friendly
