ask your local uphostery shop, they can make you one for about $250.00 is what I think I paid,
mine is 1" aluminum angle pop riveted to the inside each of the bed on 3 sides, 2 sides and tail gate, the they use a boat extrusion, rod slides into a "U" channel this goes on the end of the bed next to cab, snap buckles are used to hold a leather / thick vinyl cover flush tothe inside of the bed,
no holes drilled in top rails, not water proof but keeps things dry and looks very clean, you can do like l did have them match the material to your truck and then they use a white or different color for the edge webbing. mines been on for about 3 years and shows no sign of giving up

Tonneau or Hard cover??
If it's vinyl and flexible you want, then I don't know.
If it's a fiberglass, rigid cover, then Gaylord's Lids should be able to help you.

Your local topper store should be able to order you one, just drive your truck down for the measurements. Most of the soft tonnaues that velcro or snap to the frame can be ordered in any size. They are all pretty much hand made anyway, usually under $300 hinged with gas struts.

tonneau cover
Google Tonneaumasters - I have one of theirs on my 64 shortbed. I found a dealer in my area (York, PA), went in and ordered it, three day s later went back and they installed it. Fits perfect. I've had it for four years now.
It seems like most companies would cut one to fit. I ordered a frame for a truck quite a few years ago and had my upholsterer make the cover for me so I could get the color that I wanted. Maybe the frame could be modified to fit.
Gaylords Lids does make a fiberglass over the bedrail cover to fit a short bed.
Effie,
Here is a link for a flush mount fiberglass cover. I have seen quite of few of these in Phoenix and they look good. I am thinking Gaylords for mine but I might consider checkerpro because of the price.

Maybe this will help.

thanks for your help, looks like no one makes one for it so im going to have to have one made up.tonneaumaster dont show one for my truck
at all,so im not sure how you got yours from them,do you possibly have
a part number?you would think that all the shortboxes out there, that it
would not to be such a big deal to just order one,i mean thats all it is
is a frame rail, vinyl, and some snaps.

Ok. Call Summit Racing 1-800-230-3030. And tell them you have a 1965 ford f100 Styleside SWB.
They can and will order for you a tekstyle rail mount cover.
That is what I have had on my truck for a while now.
Last price I paid was $225 shipped to my door.
Hope this is what you were looking for.
