went and looked at a 62 and 63 uni

went to a junk yard for old cars and truck from 71 and older i was talking to the owner of this so called lot when we came up on theses two trucks, they were barely cosidered parts trucks both trucks had no frames and no solid metal any where on the truck all i wanted was the dashes out of the trucks so i ask him how much he wanted for the dashes he said i had to buy the whole truck so i asked how much for both trucks. (remember the description above) he looks at me and says 17,000 each i asked him if he had made a mistake since the trucks wasnt worth 200 for the both of them. he said no you heard what i said 17,000 each so i asked him to re think his decision maybe we could work something out. he turns and smiles and says we're closed you sorry son of a bitch. so this gets me pissed for some one out of the blue to cuss at me and i've never met him. so we spoke our opinions of each other quite loudly then he says to me your no better than your grandparents. this caught me off gaurd since i had no clue what he was talknig about but apparently my grandpaw wouldnt sell him a slick a few years back. I never knew why some people can be flat out assholes to a complete stranger

dont let him ruin your week...
its hard to let a comment like that not bother you...but...
look how long he has had a chip on HIS shoulder...

thanks for the support guys i'm not going to let a dick like him ruin my week. i don't think it did him any good though i guess he'd rather let his stuff rot away instead of selling them

Some people talk out of the wrong end! I cannot stand when someone calls someone an S.O.B. I always wondered how they knew my mother, those words are very offensive. And people wonder why they get a knuckle sandwich. You don't need to do business with an idiot like that anyway. You will find your dash at a more pleasant time, with friendly humans.
