wiper motor wiring??????help please

ok so here it is........how do you tell which wire on the motor goes where....there is three wires coming off of it.. a green red and black...and there is a spot to hook up the ground wich i found but that still leaves me three to figure out and im not that good with wiring.... and the thing that is confuseing me is that i am hooking it up to a painless windshield wiper switch....any info would be great thanks alot...ill try to post some pic in a min. or.two. thanks

If you can get me the wiring diagram for your Painless switch, I might be able to get you the proper wire placement. I just went thru this last summer when I did mine. I hooked mine up into a switch on the column by the way of relays so I have the wires marked with what they do coming out of the motor.
