I'd like to know which of these holes I can weld up on my fire wall. I assume all the little holes are for the inside padding. Also the gas pedal on my old cad was different then this one, it had a bigger hole above the two screw holes that the shaft came out of. So if anyone has pictures of what the pedal for this cab looks like it would help. I would also need the pedal for this cab. Its a 66 cab.
Thanks

If it wasn't on 8 Track it's not worth listning too
My favorite fabricator friend always says "weld em up. you can always drill em out again!" take notes and you have a picture from before!
on my 66 ...
Upper left that's throttle cable plate and choke cable out of top hole.
Lower left is the gas pedal mount
On right is the emergency brake cable.
Anyone know what the emergency brake cable housing attaches to after it leaves firewall and goes under the cab?
PS: I haven't introduced myself properly to the group. My name's Steve and I live in Sunny Southern California. I'm nursing back to life a former "Low Rider" 66 short bed.
Sorry for temp hijacking the firewall thread...... I'll make a fresh thread.
Ukiah, That's almost the end of the road!
I used to drive the 101 as a kid. My dad would throw us all in the F-85 wagon and drive all the way from down on the peninsula to Eureka to visit Grandma.
I've got an uncle in St. Helena and used to race at Sears Point Raceway.
