Ezer, The pre 82 W-9s are the best looking trucks ever made. I also would like to redo one myself and then some day put it on a local rock haul just so I can drive it one or two Days a week..........

280 wb,small bunk, dual straights, visor, texas bumper, stainless rear fenders, yep thats what I want. In those trucks if you ran team with someone because of the narrow cab it was a real pain, especialy if you had a crawl through bunk opening.

My favorites growing up! Kenworth W900's. Must've drawn 1000's of pics of these with different paint jobs as a kid. Would get my Dad to drag me and my friend to the KW dealer on weekends to sit in all the trucks.

I have to agree. The A model KW 900's are one of my favs too. The sleeper on my LTL is from a KW. It is very well insulated and looks like it was made for the truck. When they went to the square headlights it ruined the looks of the front of the truck.

Your right Chris, the cockpit of that truck looks pretty boring. I do however love the A model. Here is another find example of an A model.Image
