yesterday at the shop
the shop was full of cars to get worked on. and more out side waitting their turn. we had a fairly new bmw in here yesterday that the back door wouldnt open.the car interior pepole took care of that and all the repairs to the inside.some how the hood got popped and no one could figgure out how to close it. i have worked on a bmw before, so i looked at it. it had two hood lock downs and only one worked,i pointed out to every one that you cant take out the reciever part of the driver side latch with out removing the raidator or the head light. so stuff got unbent with pliers with most of the stuff around it in plase. and a squirt or two of wd40 it worked agin. i love how they desine cars so most cant work on them, i think i whooped them agin. and the customer didnt get charged for that repair job on the hood latch.
