front rim and tire size

Post by jbolivar »

Will an 8" wide x 15 rim fit on the front with a 50 series tire? If so, what's the wheel back spacing? I'm going 10" x 15 on the back. Also, is BF Goodrich still making 50 series TA radials? I can't find them. If not, what's a good alternative? I've seen plenty of 60 series tires but I want the more lower profile 50's if I can get them Thanks

Try Summit, I bought 295/50R15. It`s been awhile though. I have them on the rear on 10" rims I think it`s 4.5 backspace. They look good, can`t haul anything real heavy or they rub. I can`t help with the front. Dale
