As an update I whittled out 44 good lenses over the last couple evenings at work so it's just the aluminum parts that need milled out. I hope to do a big batch of 50 or so over the next couple days. I'll PM you guys as they get finished.

Thanks,

I hope i'm not to late to get one of these. They sure do look nice and are so much better than the cheap plastic originals from Ford.

As an update, I spent a couple hours this week and got the first five processes done on the next batch of bezels. Five more cutting processes and the polishing and they will be done.

Ezer posted an installed pic over on Fordification and the part turned out really nice installed.

Here's the pic of the bezel installed in ezernuts truck (hope he doesn't mind me posting it).

It's hard to tell in the pic, but the lens protrudes out a little bit.

Ok, spent from 7pm until 1:30am on the mill last night getting this batch finished up. I made a new fixture for the final outside cuts and it held the part a lot better. PM's have been sent to everyone that's replied. I'll have them polished up in the next day or so and plan on mailing them Wednesday.

OK guys, I'm slacking. Actually I got called into work today to cover for a guy that quit sudden like and ended up working 11hrs OT. I need to get the parts in the packages, then in the envelopes so Momma can drop them off for mailing. The should go out Friday unless something else goes wrong...

Payment sent!. I have to ask, does this price include bezel and lens or just the bezel itself? I assumed it included both until just a second or two after I sent payment.

good to know, thanks. I assumed so since he was describing the whole machining process in the other forum. I appreciate the response.
