Thanks for the input. Yes I have power steering and am going to a smaller wheel. The stock one is about 17" and I am looking at going to 14". I just don't want it stuck in my chest by sticking out to far.

Thanks guys. The bed cover is from Gaylords and was made for a 66 SB. I bought it from a guy who also has a very nice 66 but wants to actually use it as a truck. The dash pad is from Just Dashes to the tune of about $650 or so. Nope I didn't want to cut it up for a speaker and have a temporary one f...

Wow, what a find. One question that I have had is: Is there a way to backtrack on the ownership records of your vehicle. I know when I had a Mustang you could go to Ford Motor and get the records on the car but I don't know if there is anything like that for the trucks.

Steering wheel

Hey guys I am in the final stages of my project 66 F-100. As part of that project I added power steering and kept the original steering wheel. I think the standard steering wheel is about 16-17 inches and with power steering it is really an overkill. I would like to go to a smaller steering wheel of...

Hey guys, I think the chrome guy on Classic Cars was Paul's' Chrome Plating. They say they actually apply some kind of real metal to the plastic and then chrome that.
I just had my dash chromed by a company in Vancouver BC and it came back very nice.
